Between 15th November and 15th April, Superior AC and Deluxe Mountain View Rooms include American style breakfast in room price. Standard rooms have discounted buffet breakfast price of just 95 baht per person, normally 140 baht.

Room prices rise during Christmas and New Year periods and also periods of very high demand.

May - September 2011 (Summer Season)

No breakfast is available from 15th April 2011 - Power between 6pm and 2am for Standard room, until 6am for AC

Standard Fan Room: king size bed or twin room - 350 baht

Superior Air-Conditioned Room: King size bed AND Single bed (no hot shower)- 950 baht (2 persons)

Deluxe Mountain View (Twin Beds): Panoramic mountain view - 450 baht

Deluxe Mountain View (King bed suite): Panoramic view - 600 baht (no hot shower)

 

High Season 2010-2011 (November '11 - April '12) - Book Early!

Standard Fan Room: king size bed or twin room - 850 baht

Superior Air-Conditioned Room: King size bed AND Single bed, hot shower  - 1380 baht

Deluxe Mountain View (Twin Beds): Panoramic mountain view - 1050 baht

Deluxe Mountain View (King bed suite): Panoramic view, hot shower - 1200 baht

 

Peak of Season (December and January)

Standard Fan Room: king size bed or twin room - 950 baht

Superior Air-Conditioned Room: King size bed AND Single bed, hot shower  - 1580 baht

Deluxe Mountain View (Twin Beds): Panoramic mountain view - 1190 baht

Deluxe Mountain View (King bed suite): Panoramic view, hot shower - 1380 baht

 

Please note Christmas and New Year periods have an extra surcharge of approx 150 baht per night due to demand. Prices may fluctuate for specific dates due to demand. Please check the current price using the online booking form.

Changes and Cancellations

By making a reservation with Country Side Resort, guests agree to the below policies and penalties for changing and cancelling dates:

 

High Season (1st Nov – 30th April)

If you wish to change or cancel any days of reservations you may do so, with no charge or penalty, up to 14 days prior to your arrival. Any deposits paid are also returned. Any booking fee’s or commission paid to affiliate web services cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

Cancellations inside the 14 days period are charged at 50% of the full reservation amount with a minimum charge of ones nights accommodation. This same charge applies to “no-show” guests defined below.

 

Summer “Low” Season (1st May – 31st October)

As above, but only 48 hrs notice is required. Within 48 hrs a maximum of 2 nights accommodation is charged for both cancellations and “no-show” guests.

 

"No-Show" Charges

If a guest fails to check-in by 11pm on the date of booking and no other arrangements agreed upon, then guests are deemed to be “no-show”. This results in the relevant charges as outlined above for the relevant season. Guests arriving at a later time in the reservation period but have not been in contact with Country Side Resort, may be accommodated depending on room vacancies but will be liable for payment of all days of the reservation.

 

YOU MUST contact us by phone or email if you wish to change or cancel dates. Country Side Resort is not responsible for illness or injury. Guests should make sure they have adequate travel insurance to protect themselves from unforeseen circumstances.
